Tekken: Blood Vengeance is right around the corner!!!! Its theatrical debut is scheduled for July 26,2011 in North America. Although I will not be at the premiere in L.A. where one gets the chance to play Tekken Tag 2 (grr), I will be attending a local showing!
Apparently the plot takes place between the events of Tekken 5 andTekken 6. The lovely Ling Xiaoyu is tasked by the G Corporation to infiltrate an international school to gather information on a new mysterious student named Shin Kamiya, but before she can make any progress, Shin is kidnapped by an unknown assailant. Ling teams up with Alisa Bosconovitch and learns about the frightening secrets of the Mishima Zaibatsu and the conspiracy behind the Mishima family!

There was a closed door press conference at SDCC that covered upcoming Capcom titles. No photos were allowed, but fate was not having that today. Resident Evil 6 has been officially confirmed! I think I just soiled my pants!!! No details were given on the game but it’s expected that more will be revealed at this year’s TGS in September. The logo was leaked with the date 15-9-2011. Realistically, the game will probably not be available until next year but I am eager to see what the story will hold. Now we wait!!!
The last update, if it counts as an update at all, is also related to Resident Evil. We all remember Degeneration right, the CG movie that was released in 2008? Well if you have not heard there is a sequel to be released in 2012! The sequel is titled Resident Evil: Damnation and yes, Leon Kennedy is coming back (am I suppose to be excited about that one? I think..YEPPERS!)! Plot is vague but it’s supposed to follow around the bio-weapons used in an Eastern European war zone.
