Dragon Age is a very popular video game that has made its way into various media outlets, such as, comics, action figures, and the Facebook game. Now it is making its way as an animated movie. Funimation announced at AnimeFest that they are working closely with Bioware and EA on this project. Not much information has been released on the plot, but what they did release was a teaser trailer and an inside look on the concept art. Dragon Age: Dawn of the Seeker is scheduled for 2012, sadly for now one must lust over the game for now in hopes of finding that satisfaction of fulfillment.

2012 is going to be a great year, in addition to the animated movie, the web series Dragon Age Redemption, starring Felicia Day, is also scheduled to be released. Redemption is being co-produced and written by Felicia, she is in partnership with Bioware to create this six part series. She is working alongside cinematographer John Bartley (Lost) and director/producer Peter Winther (Independence Day).
