When the “Think Geek” catalogs begin to pile up from early November to mid-December, take advantage of all those “mini-icons” pictured — everything from Green Lantern logos to Red Planet mobiles. Take an old glass ornament (I know you’ve got one you are sick of looking at), clip out every Bazinga and WOOT that looks attractive and decoupage away….
Don’t forget to look for my first full article at the start of 2012.
Until then, be Merry…or Pippin if that’s your thing .

i loooove the lotr reference at the end XD
I second that
I wish you would’ve gone into more detail about how to do this, because those look awesome and I’m a DIY n00b.
For you Killer Queen:
1. Cut images out (pretty simple so far). The smaller the better since larger pictures tend to wrinkle. (My Angry Bird image got a little constipated looking)
2. Attach to ornament with craft glue, or even school glue, make sure you overlap a little.
3. Smear the top with Hodge Podge or some other brand of decoupage glue. Easy to find at any craft store, but you can always mix your regular glue with a little water if you can’t find it.
I let it dry over night, but it really only takes a few hours…
FYI: did and Easter Egg like that once (emptied out, of course) and it looks pretty awesome too.
Hope that helps.
