From the very first time I popped in Grand Theft Auto on my Playstation 1, I was hooked. Here was a game that offered me a life of crime and cars. Granted, I was 11 years old and probably didn’t know squat about either of those things in great detail, but boy, oh boy, I was excited. I skipped GTAII for some reason or another (puberty, maybe?) and when GTAIII came out on PS2 four years later, I was ecstatic to bang my first ho. I immediately beat her up to get my money back and this marked the last time I played GTAIII. Why, do you ask? Mother dearest happened to see my look of utter glee at assault and battery of a lady of the evening and took it away. Clearly, at 15 years old, GTAIII was inappropriate. Yeah right, I just wanted my game back!!! This experience left a bitter taste in my heart and I waited until I left home before purchasing another GTA game. Life obligations unfortunately won out in my inner battle for affording food vs. gaming so I didn’t pick up GTAIV.
I will definitely be first in line to pick up the long awaited GTAV. Just wait, my darling. We’ll own this town.
Grand Theft Auto V is to be released sometime in 2012 but no other details have been announced. Keep your eye on IHOGeek, because we for damn sure will be posting the trailer!
Can’t wait for the trailer
