Resident Evil Viral Campaign

After a teaser at E3 and SDCC, a cryptic post on Capcom’s Facebook was all it took. “Umbrella is recruiting.” A hardcore, unrelenting fangirl for all that is Resident Evil, I gasped and clicked on the link provided: www.umbrellasciences.com. At first, I moaned with disappointment; nothing seemed to have happened. A couple of days later, bored, I tried it again and voila, I was asked to enter my date of birth and region. Panting breathlessly, I was taken to the Umbrella website where I was asked if I wanted to be turned into something extraordinary.

Um, fuck yes.

I eagerly clicked several links for nothing to happen and then I began to notice the site acting strange and I was redirected to www.insertedevil.com and asked to help bring down Umbrella Corps. Through many hints and secrets I must unlock in the upcoming weeks, I will hopefully gain access to either the prizes (which include a game exclusive gas mask if the rumors are to be believed) or exclusive content. I have so far unlocked the first secret and am waiting for the new ones to be released. Wish me luck :D
