IHOGeek Is Going To Sci-Fi Expo 2012!

Aaah, February. How your 29 days of pink and red frosted desserts almost make me forget that there’s something better than a commercial holiday like Valentine’s Day: the Sci-Fi Expo in Dallas, Texas! That’s right, fellow Texans, there is a convention during the month of love to enjoy and celebrate that which we love best.

This year’s guests, brought to you by Original Pix and C2 Ventures, are a fantastic group ranging from Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel alum, Eliza Dushku to the best known cheerleader from network television, Hayden Panetierre to Firefly hottie Jewel Staite to artists such as Bill Sienkiewicz and Mark Brooks. I’m unsure if I’m more excited to mumble my way through a conversation with Eliza or stutter my way through one with James O’Barr about how much I love The Crow.

The schedule of events has yet to be released but as always, I’m sure it’ll fulfill your nerdiest dreams!

Admission will cost you a mere 15 gold pieces..err I mean $15 but you have the opportunity to shell out a bit more for the coveted Priority and VIP passes as well. The convention takes place this February 11-12 at the Irving Convention Center. Be sure to check out the official site for more information!
